An Alaskan bar classic, usually made with Crown Royal.

What goes in

  • ½ ozCoffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
  • ½ ozIrish cream (Baileys)
  • ½ ozCanadian whisky

How to make it

  1. Pour the coffee liqueur.
  2. Layer Irish cream over a spoon.
  3. Float Canadian whisky on top.
