What goes in

• 2½ ozGinAny of: London dry gin, Floral / new-style gin
• ½ ozDry vermouth
• 1 dashOrange bittersoptional

How to make it

1. Stir with ice for 30 seconds until very cold.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Express a lemon peel over it.
