What goes in

• 2 ozBourbon or ryeAny of: Bourbon, Rye whiskey, Tennessee whiskey
• ¾ ozLemons / lemon juice
• ¾ ozSimple syrup or sugarAny of: Simple syrup, Sugar / sugar cubes
• ½ ozRed wine

How to make it

1. Shake whiskey, lemon and syrup with ice and strain over ice.
2. Float red wine over the back of a spoon.
