Irish Coffee

What goes in

• 1½ ozIrish whiskey
• 4 ozHot coffee
• 2 tspBrown sugarSugar / sugar cubes
• 1 ozHeavy cream, lightly whippedHeavy cream

How to make it

1. Warm the glass with hot water, then dump it.
2. Stir sugar into hot coffee until dissolved, add whiskey.
3. Float lightly whipped cream over a spoon. Don't stir.
