What goes in
- 2½ ozBourbon
- ½ ozSimple syrup or sugarAny of: Simple syrup, Sugar / sugar cubes
- 8Mint leavesFresh mint

How to make it
- Gently press mint with syrup in the cup.
- Add bourbon, pack with crushed ice and stir until the cup frosts.
- Mound more ice on top.
