What goes in

• 2 ozScotchAny of: Blended Scotch, Single malt Scotch
• ¾ ozLemons / lemon juice
• ¾ ozHoney
• ¼ ozPeated Islay Scotch

How to make it

1. Shake Scotch, lemon and honey with ice.
2. Strain over a big cube.
3. Float the smoky Islay Scotch on top.
